Membership Co-ordinator Role and Responsibilites
The Membership Co-ordinator is responsible for maintaining the attendance and participation record of each member and must adhere to the Business First policies.
Along with the group membership they take up the references of any new member who joins and are responsible for group growth.

Secretary Treasurer Role and ResponsibilitesThe Secretary Treasurer is responsible for notifying the members whose renewals are due & reading out the dues structure.
They pay the breakfast fees to the venue, events and suppliers. Whilst also processing payment of members, visitor, new members and substitutes. |

Visitor Host Role and Responsibilites
The Visitor Host Co-ordinator is an extremely responsible role for they must ensure their team of Visitor Hosts carry out their roles in full ( see below ) it is imperative they also arrive early to oversee their team and greet the Members & Visitors.
They are solely charged with taking the Visitors through a 5/10 minute Visitor Orientation at the end of the meeting giving them a Visitor Pack, answering any questions and helping them fill in an application. A follow up phone call and/or a letter of thanks is required
