Stephen has been involved in residential Conveyancing since 2011 and is a recent addition to the Department.

He has transacted various residential property cases and specialises in both property sales and purchases.

Stephen refers to house buying as ‘one of the biggest and most stressful transactions most people undertake’ but prides himself on working efficiently, and to the satisfaction of his clients, to ensure the deal goes as smooth as possible.

He enjoys the daily challenges that conveyancing brings and offers a highly effective, personable service.
